Dear 's boss,

     I am writing to ask you to excuse  from work
for the next little while.   has a toothache 
and the staff at your office are making 
 very ill.  I'm afraid that a second head may develop.

 will be at my house for a few days to 
recover from the terrible effects of this illness.
